As we will be traveling on a motorbike, limited storage is available. Small backpacks and easy-to-carry bags are recommended. We are pleased to provide complimentary luggage storage at our homestay & hostel.

Be free to leave your big backpack with us. You can also leave valuable things in a locker with your own pad lock and only your essentials to be carried out in a smaller bag during the trip is advised.

Comfy clothes with suitable shoes for riding, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent / spray, swimming suits and some local money, around 2 million VND (Approx. US$80).

However, an extra fee is 750,000VND/day multiplied with the remaining days or on the last day of the trip is applied in order to cover related costs for this change (such as employee salary, meals, accommodation, gasoline) plus 300,000 VND to transfer the motorbike back to Ha Giang City. Be free to inform us if you wish to change at least 8 hours prior to the departure time of the next day of the trip.

When you decide to make a change, kindly send us the request via WhatsApp or email as well as inform the Tour Leader.

We will then send you the online payment link to process your request and arrange everything to change for you. In that case, an extra fee is applied after the Tour starts at VND1,300,000/person for Easy Rider 1-day extension or VND1,000,000/person for Self-Riding/Seat behind your friend.

* You are provided with our helmet, backpack rain cover, and elastic strap.

* The motorbike physical insurance is applicable and charged to the Self-Riding type with a small amount at VND120,000 / 3 Days 2 Nights trip and VND150,000 / 4 Days 3 Nights Trip. It is settled before the tour starts.

To ensure a healthy and enjoyable trip, we strongly suggest that you pack a plentiful supply of any medication that you may need while on holiday. All prescriptions should be filled, up-to-date and in their original packaging. Always pack prescriptions in your carry-on bag with copies of your prescription paperwork as your checked luggage may not always be easily accessible, particularly in the event of delays, lost luggage etc.
