Yes. If your overnight bus arrives in Ha Giang around 3:30–4:00 AM on the first day of your tour, NorthStar arranges a dorm bed in Ha Giang City so you can rest before departure. This pre-tour rest stop and a light breakfast are included in your tour price.

This is separate from the overnight stays listed in your itinerary. The first overnight stay during the tour is the night after your first day of riding.
